This company is horrible, misleading customer and with very bad customer service, they hang up on you if they can not answer your questions. The product looks different than what shown online, and it came with million pieces with un-clear assemble instruction. I'm a busy mom with no time for this, so I called within 3 days of receiving product, and the rep told me if you need to return the product with original packing, they request you to agree and sign the letter with 25% re-stocking fee before return.
I buy product from online all the time, this is the worst company I ever seen. don't buy from them.

I opened the box to find it in a million pieces! The instructions were unclear and used terms that anyone who wasn't a lighting expert would be unfamiliar with. Some of the wires were frayed as though someone else had attempted assembly and given up. I would have sent it back, but it is for my nursery and I am short on time. Do not buy this item!!

This chandelier was perfect to go above my bathtub in my new bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by how much light it puts out with 4 60w bulbs. The crystals (not cheapy plastic) are beautiful and very glitzy for a smaller sized chandelier. The cut glass-covered body of the chandelier just adds to its sparkle. This is the perfect chandelier if you're wanting something that isn't very large-scale, but is very glitzy and elegant without looking like a little girl's chandelier. The instructions were not all that descriptive but it wasn't that hard to figure out with the pictures. Fortunately, my husband is pretty handy. If you've never installed a light fixture before, this one is probably not the one to start with as there is some assembly required.
